Membership

Rules & Regulations:

As a member you must not have to be culturally sound but a willingness towards integrating with more people without having a cultural or geographical barrier.

There is no specific membership fee or entry charges to become a member of this organization, but there is a provision where you can contribute any amount as per your wish during the festival events (e.g., any charitable/cultural event or any other event that we can plan based on your suggestions)

This organization is an open platform where any member can showcase their thoughts, ideas or talent through our social media channels like WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram etc. and in our upcoming events (stage performances/art & craft decoration etc.) without paying any charges as we already mentioned this is a non-profit community group. We just need your overwhelming participation and a feel of ownership.

The common language for communication in the group is English, since we have multilingual diversity in the group, but any regional language is always welcome.

However, as member, we should maintain certain etiquettes like:

• Respect for individuals
• No racism
• No physical/mental assault irrespective of sex
• No political agenda
• No spread of negative vibes
• No business mindset
• No sharing of the internal discussions/ideas to other groups

This group will not raise any “conflict of interest” if its members have membership to any other community groups as this group believes that our vision is more towards the greater cause of society and uplifting our rich cultural heritage, but if any member or group of members are found that they are creating separate group or community using the internal resources of our organization then that will create “conflict of interest” and necessary action can be taken against it.
